Burning, Blasting, vandalizing residential houses, beating and humiliating men, women and children are glaring examples of new age Hitlerism in the garb of democracy:  Yasin Malik

Srinagar 02 Nov 2018(CNN):-  unabated Killings, spree of arrests, burning, blasting, vandalizing residential houses, beating and humiliating men, women and children are glaring examples of new age Hitlerism in the garb of democracy. This was stated by the chairman of Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) Muhammad Yasin Malik while condemning the ongoing onslaught of Indian forces against Kashmiris in nooks and corners of Kashmir. JKLF leaders and activists today staged a peaceful protest at Lal Chowk against unabated Indian aggression in Kashmir.

Various Leaders and activists of JKLF today gathered at Madina Chowk Lal Chowk  and staged a peaceful protest against unabated Killings, spree of arrests, burning, blasting, vandalizing residential houses, beating and humiliating men, women and children and other oppressive measures unleashed by Indian occupational forces throughout the nooks and corners of Kashmir valley. JKLF leaders including Showkat Ahmad Bakhshi, Noor Muhammad Kalwal, Muhammad Yasin Butt, Sheikh Abdul Rashid, Muhammad Sideeq Shah, Bashir Ahmad Kashmiri, Professor Javed, Ashraf bin Salam, Ghulam Muhammad Dar and others along with people from many walks of life held protest demonstration against ongoing Indian oppression. Displaying placards and raising slogans against this colonial oppression, protesters condemned the ongoing Indian onslaught.

While condemning the ongoing Indian colonial oppression against Kashmiris, JKLF chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik said that Indian colonial forces and authorities under operation all out plan have expedited genocide of Kashmiris and on daily basis Kashmiri youth are falling to the bullets and bombs of Indian forces who have been given a free hand to slaughter, mutilate, maim and target humans in Kashmir. He said that burning down bodies of those killed, dragging their corpses, shelling on their funerals, burning down and vandalizing their residential houses and houses and properties of those in resistance as was done recently at Nazneenpora Shupian and Kulgam, beating, torturing and humiliating common people including men, women, children, elderly and youth during crackdowns has become a order of the day. He said that this is new age Hitlerism in the garb of democracy being employed by India to suppress Kashmiris and most condemnable.

JKLF chairman said that besides ongoing Killing spree, arresting people, slapping PSA on them and shifting them to jails far away from their homes and families is also a common practice of occupational authorities. He said that using NIA to intimidate, punish and bully people in political resistance, summoning young and old to police stations, SOG and army camps and attacking properties and families of those in resistance is also part of operation all out. He said that yesterday a women Fazi Begum wife of Ghulam Hassan of Tenghar Pulwama, watching Indian army’s terrorism in her neighborhood suffered heart attack. Family requested army to let her go to hospital but they denied permission to her which resulted in her death. Similarly in many villages of South and north Kashmir, residential houses and peoples properties are being attacked and damaged at an alarming rate which is forcing many people in these villages to migrate from their native villages. Indian rulers and their local collaborators are using these iron fist measures to suppress the genuine aspirations and resistance of the people of Jammu Kashmir but they should know that oppressive measures have and can never succeed in suppressing our sacred movement for freedom, asserted JKLF chairman.
